Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders for digital products, software templates, and custom technology services placed on Quarkova (https://quarkova.com), operated by Sunil Baran Mishra (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-WB-12-0125801, India), may be cancelled.

2. Cancellation of Instant Digital Downloads

Because digital product files, templates, and downloadable software code are fulfilled instantly upon payment completion, orders for instant digital downloads cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and download access has been granted.

3. Cancellation of Custom Web Development & Professional Services

For custom website development, software script creation, or document processing services:

• Prior to Project Work Commencement: You may submit a written cancellation request within 24 hours of order placement, provided design or development work has not yet commenced. In such cases, a full refund will be processed minus any payment gateway processing fees.
• After Work Commencement: If development, design, or document processing work has already started, cancellations will be assessed based on work completed to date. Any unearned portion of advance fees will be refunded accordingly.

4. Company Right to Cancel Orders

Quarkova reserves the right to cancel any order or service request under the following circumstances:

• Inability to verify billing or payment details provided during checkout.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, invalid authorization, or suspicious payment patterns.
• Service requests that violate our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable Indian laws.

In the event of a company-initiated cancellation for reasons other than user breach, a full refund will be issued via Razorpay.
