B. Server-Based Document & PDF Tools

For utilities requiring server processing (such as PDF Splitter, PDF Merger, PDF Compressor, and PDF Converters), files are temporarily uploaded via encrypted TLS connection to an isolated temporary processing directory on our secure server.

• Uploaded files are processed automatically and immediately made available for your download.
• Temporary files are automatically deleted instantly upon download completion or via automated cron cleanups within minutes.
• We do not inspect, retain, archive, index, or share your document contents.

C. Telegram Bot & Telegram Mini App

When you interact with the official Quarkova Telegram Bot or Telegram Mini App, we authenticate your session using public Telegram profile parameters (Telegram User ID, First Name, Last Name, and Username).

• We save user preferences, bookmark favorites, tool history, and search logs to sync your workspace between Telegram and our site.
• We do not request or store your phone number or private Telegram chat messages.

D. Technical Log Files & Device Information

Standard web server log files automatically capture non-personal technical data including IP address, user-agent string, browser version, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamp for server health monitoring, security protection, and DDoS prevention.
