This includes blog comments, AI prompt submissions, user reviews, feedback forms, and Telegram community interactions.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Submissions

All user-submitted content must remain respectful, truthful, and lawful. You agree NOT to post or submit:

• Hate Speech & Harassment: Defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing statements targeting individuals or groups.
• Explicit & Adult Content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or violent imagery or text.
• Spam & Malicious Links: Unsolicited promotional spam, affiliate link spam, phishing links, or malware.
• Misinformation & Impersonation: Deceptive claims, fake reviews, or impersonating Quarkova staff or other individuals.
• Copyrighted Material: Submitting content owned by third parties without permission.

3. Moderation & Content Removal Authority

Quarkova maintains strict moderation standards to keep our platform safe and compliant with Google Publisher Policies and Indian IT Regulations:

• We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or permanently delete any user contribution at our sole discretion without prior notice.
• Accounts or IP addresses engaging in repeated UGC violations will be permanently blocked from submitting feedback or comments.

4. Grant of License for Submissions

By submitting public comments, feedback, or AI prompt suggestions to Quarkova, you grant Quarkova a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and publish the contribution across our platform.
