1. Policy Overview

2. How to Submit a DMCA / Copyright Takedown Notice

5. Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. Processing & Counter-Notification Procedure
- Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice meeting the requirements above, Quarkova will investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing content within 24 to 48 hours.
- If the affected user believes the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a formal counter-notification including proof of authorization.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable law, Quarkova enforces a strict policy of terminating accounts or blocking access for users determined to be repeat infringers.
