1. Scope & Application

This Digital Product Policy governs all downloadable software packages, source code repositories, HTML/CSS/PHP UI templates, digital documents, PDF assets, and graphic designs available on Quarkova (https://quarkova.com), created and distributed by Sunil Baran Mishra (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-WB-12-0125801, India).

2. License Grant & Usage Rights

Upon acquiring or purchasing a digital product from Quarkova:

Non-Exclusive License: You acquire a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and utilize the asset per the specified license type (Personal or Commercial).
Ownership: Title and copyright over the underlying source code, design blueprints, and assets remain exclusively with Sunil Baran Mishra / Quarkova.

3. Download Rules & Link Security

Digital products are accessible immediately after order completion. Download links are tied to your order reference and registered email. Sharing direct download links or hosting downloadable files on public torrent sites, file-sharing platforms, or forums is strictly forbidden.

4. Strictly Prohibited Actions

Anti-Piracy Restrictions:

Purchasers and users are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing digital source files on marketplaces or forums.
Cracking, reverse engineering, or removing copyright header comments or license validation keys.
Claiming authorship or original creation rights over Quarkova digital assets.
