By accessing or using Quarkova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quarkova provides free, browser-based image utilities and server-side PDF tools. Image tools process files locally in your browser. PDF tools use temporary server processing with automatic file deletion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Quarkova only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you process through our tools. You must not use the Service to process copyrighted material without authorization, illegal content, or malware.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Browser-based tools (image compressor, converters) never transmit your files to our servers. Server-side tools (PDF) temporarily process files which are deleted immediately after download. We do not store, share, or sell your files. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All Quarkova branding, logos, and original code are the property of Quarkova Network. You retain full ownership of files you process through our tools.

6. Advertisements

Quarkova displays non-intrusive advertisements (Google AdSense) to sustain free access. We use industry-standard ad sizes and never employ pop-ups or auto-playing video ads.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific output quality. Use the tools at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quarkova and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including data loss or corruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
