Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Application
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the mandatory security rules and usage limits for accessing Quarkova (https://quarkova.com), operated by Sunil Baran Mishra (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-WB-12-0125801, India). This policy applies to all users, visitors, automated scripts, and integration endpoints.
2. Allowed Fair Use
Users are welcome to use Quarkova services for:
- Personal, educational, developer, and business productivity workflows.
- Processing personal images, documents, and media using our online tools.
- Downloading software templates, reading technical guides, and utilizing AI prompts.
3. Explicitly Prohibited System Misuse
To ensure platform stability and legality, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
A. Security Exploitation & Hacking
- Attempting to bypass authentication, crack endpoints, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Uploading malicious payloads, web shells, ransomware, trojans, or executing SQL injection / XSS scripts.
- Launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, SYN floods, or overwhelming server bandwidth.
B. Bot Attacks & Automated Scraping
- Using automated web scrapers, bots, crawlers, or headless browsers to harvest site data without express written permission.
- Bypassing rate limits or CAPTCHA challenges via automated proxy rotation network loops.
C. Unlawful Content Processing
- Uploading or processing material that depicts child sexual abuse, extreme violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
- Processing copyrighted documents or media without legal authorization or owner consent.
4. Rate Limiting & Monitoring
We employ automated rate limiting, IP reputation monitoring, Cloudflare firewall protection, and intrusion prevention systems. Excessive automated requests originating from abusive IP addresses will be blocked automatically.
5. Enforcement & Legal Consequences
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate IP banning, account suspension, legal notice issuance, and formal reports filed with the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) and law enforcement under the Information Technology Act.
